The Silver Knights Baton Corps is a baton twirling organization based in the western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. We are a non-profit organization devoted to assisting the young people of our community refine their athletic skills, gain self confidence and learn sportsman-like conduct while working together as a team. We participate in parades, public demonstrations, and compete at  local, state, regional, and national level competitions.  Our members vary from the very young beginner to advanced college students. Director: Jo Ann Lauer Britton

The current Director of the Silver Knights, Jo Ann has held this position since 1989. Jo Ann was the featured twirler for Northwestern University.

Parade Corps Director: Wendy Kuminowski

Wendy is a former Illinois Champion and has been a Silver Knight member since 1981.

Choreographer: Dennis Daniels

Dennis is a featured Broadway dancer and has been a dancer in movies including Grease, Grease 2 and Stayin’ Alive. Additionally, Dennis has been a dancer in numerous music videos.

Twirling Instructor: Meganne Britton

Grand National Twirling Champion (twice). Miss Majorette of America (three times) World Team member (1996 & 2000). Featured Twirler, University of Arkansas. Member of the Silver Knights since 1987.
